The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
1. Your Order Cancellation Rights
1.1. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a Player alleges that another individual (or a minor) has accessed his/her Player Account.
1.2. To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision utilizing a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email to email@example.com .
1.3. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
3. Refund Process and additional conditions
3.1. Refunds are only made to the name of the person that owns the payment method of the payment(s) in question. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the identity of the Player Account and/or payment method owner is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to Funrize will be honored after a refund has been made. Player agrees, in case Funrize demands, to complete KYC and/or any other certified identification of payment method ownership and/or refund method ownership.
3.2. If Funrize cannot complete the refund to the same method that was used for payment, we reserve a right to make a refund to any other method of our choice after receiving proof that the Player owns this method.
3.3. If there is no possibility to make a refund, we reserve the right to credit money to the Player’s account balance or postpone the refund until we have the possibility to complete it.
3.4. Refund request considered completed when it has been successfully processed on our side. We can provide a proof of completion by the player’s request, however the type of proof depends on the refund method. We do not take responsibility for transfer times, player's mistakes/typos when entering the refund credentials, technical issues on the payment method provider side or any other similar situations.
3.5. If we requested any proof of identity and/or refund method and/or payment method, the Player has thirty (30) days to provide the requested proof(s). If no proof is provided within 30 days, Funrize reserves the right to deny the refund and withhold the amount of purchase(s) in question.
