This Privacy Policy, which was last updated on 09/08/2022, sets out the data processing practices carried out by Funrize.

Funrize ("us", "we", or "our") operates as funrize.com website and funrize mobile application.

Our Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose your personal data and carry out the other operation with your personal information, whether you are using our website or mobile application, participating in tournaments, making a purchase of the product referred to as the turnover coins package, or playing one of our promotional games.

  • transaction information which you provide when you make a purchase, request to refund or otherwise use our website or contact customer service. We do not collect and process any information related to your credit cards, charge cards, debit cards, or any other card that you use to obtain, purchase, or receive the services on our website and mobile application. This information is collected and processed by the banks, financial institutions and other stakeholders to which you provide with the respective information when paying;
  • From time to time, we may request to provide us with the information to verify the card ownership and ensure that such a card has been legitimately used on our website or mobile application, in particular: bank verification letter which may contain a bank account number, photo of the payment card used for the transaction covering showing ONLY the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits, etc. We NEVER ask you to provide us with the information that may be used to carry out the transactions on behalf of the payment card holder or the account holder. Please note, if you provide such an information, YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR POTENTIAL DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM PROVISION OF ANY SUCH INFORMATION;
  • Internet or other similar network activity, technical and device information about your use of our website and mobile application, such as the time and duration of your visit, how often you use our services, your preferences and information about your interaction with the content offered, your hardware model, device type, other unique device identifiers, operating system version, browser type and IP address; and
  • passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, social security number where if it is required for the tax or other legal reasons.

    COMPLIANCE WITH CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
