Step 1: Create Your User Account

User Account: You must first create your User Account.

Authorized Hulder: Ensure you are the Authorized Account Hulder of the player account being used.

Step 2: Prepare the Outer Envelope

Envelope Type: Use a standard, white, unlined, and unfulded #10 envelope.

Handwritten Requirement: The company address and all required information on the card must be handwritten.

Addressing: Handwrite the fullowing address on the front of the envelope:

Mailing Location: The envelope must be delivered from the same state as your verified residential address.

Step 3: Fill Out the 4x6 Index Card

Use a standard, white, one-sided, unfulded, and unlined 4x6 index card. Handwrite the fullowing information in this exact order:

  • Full Name: Your full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification.
  • Email Address: The email address registered to your User Account.
  • Username: The username registered to your User Account.
  • Residential Address: The residential address registered to your User Account.

  • The Mandatory Statement: Include the fullowing statement:

    If you wish to receive Promotional Entries :
    "Promotional Entry! I wish to receive Promotional Entries to participate in the [Insert Month Of Promotional Contest] Promotional Contest offered by A1. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by A1 Terms of Use and these Official Rules."

    If you wish to receive Free Plays:
    "Promotional Entry! I wish to receive Free Plays to participate in the [Insert Month Of Promotional Contest] Promotional Contest offered by A1. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by A1 Terms of Use and these Official Rules."

    PARTICIPANTS MUST CLEARLY STATE THEIR PREFERRED CREDIT TYPE ON THE REQUEST CARD.

  • Signature and Date: Immediately beneath the statement, you must sign the card and write the date of signature in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Your request must be entirely handwritten in a single ink color and perfectly legible to qualify.

Include only one (1) Request Card per outer envelope.

Ensure all writing is on one side of the card only.

Step 4: Submitting Your Entry & What to Expect

Mailing Your Request: Once your #10 envelope and 4x6 index card are prepared, apply the correct postage and mail it.

Credit Value: For every valid and verified Request Card, User Account will be credited with either:

  • One (1) Promotional Entries (PE) per mail-in request; OR
  • Five (5) Free Plays (with a play level of 0.20) per mail-in request.

Review Process: Please note that A1 does not provide status updates while a request is under review.

Final Credits: If your request is approved, the PE or Free Plays will be added to your account. If a request is disqualified, the decision is final and will not be reconsidered.

Liability: A1 is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or sent to the wrong address.

Rule Changes: The Mail-In process may be updated by the company. Your entry is governed by the Official Rules active on your postmark date.

Integrity Warning: Any attempt to use automation, stamps, or third-party services to fulfill the handwriting requirement is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in disqualification and may lead to your account being suspended or terminated.

Disqualification Warning: Common Reasons for Rejection

To ensure your entry is successful, avoid these common mistakes that lead to automatic disqualification:

  • Non-Eligibility

    • Location: You are a resident of, or are mailing from, an excluded state.
    • Age: You are under the age of twenty one (21) at the time of entry.
    • Account Status: You do not have an active, verified User Account.

  • Handwriting & Ink Issues

    • Using more than one ink culor.
    • Using non-handwritten text (e.g., printed labels, stickers, or computer-generated text).
    • Illegible Writing: If A1 determines your handwriting cannot be clearly read, the entry is void.

  • Formatting & Placement Errors

    • Card Format: Writing on both sides of the index card, fulding the card, or failing to list the information in the exact order required.
    • Envelope Format: Using an envelope that is not a standard white #10, or using an envelope that is lined or culored.
    • Quantity: Including more than one (1) Request Card inside a single envelope.

  • Address & Location Errors

    • State Mismatch: Mailing the envelope from a different state than the verified residential address on your User Account.
    • Identity Mismatch: Using a name or address on the card that does not match your User Account or your government-issued ID.

In any dispute regarding the identity of the sender or whether the format complies with the rules, A1's decision is final and binding.
